Check back later to see if your registration status has changed. If your status is NEW or CONFIRMED we have space for you in the event so go ahead and make plans. If you are WAITLISTED, we will contact you if spaces open up to see if you still want to attend.
We will be charging credit cards beginning on 09/05 (CONFIRMED drivers only).
Read the RTR DE Manual
If your helmet isn’t Snell SA or M, 2015 or 2020, go get a new helmet now.
Track insurance isn’t mandatory but ask yourself this: can you afford to walk away from your car if something happens? If not, get track insurance.
Make plans for your safety inspection no more than 2 weeks prior to the event. Our inspection event will be held approximately 2 weeks prior to the event, and we'll email the info to all registered drivers a week prior. You do not have to attend our session but your inspection must use this form and be completed by an ASE certified mechanic.
Watch for our Welcome Packet email which will be sent to you on 09/28. It will contain the schedule, instructor assignments and other crucial info. If you don’t receive it, contact registrar@rtr-pca.org.

Reminder of our cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted until 09/22/25, 11:59pm.
If you have paid for your event, you have the option of a 100% credit for a future RTR DE (valid through 2026) or a refund to your credit card minus $25.
Sorry, cancellations after 09/22/25, 11:59pm will not be refunded or credited.

Reminder of our guest policy:

Guests of all ages are welcome. Guests must sign our waiver upon arrival and wear our wristband throughout the weekend. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of any guests under age 18. You may print and fill out the minor waiver ahead of the event and bring it to registration with you.
