Pacific Marine Circle Drive and Lunch
Saturday August 17
- Arrive WSLPP: 8:30am
- Safety meeting: 9:00am
- Depart WSLPP: 9:15am
- Lunch (est): 11:30am
- Arrive destination (est.): 2:30pm

We will run "The Circle" in August in both directions!
Starting location is the parking lot at West Shawnigan Lake Provincial Park, with the safety meeting at 9:00am.
From there, TWO groups will depart at 9:15am, each with Lead and Sweep cars, both aiming for the Renfrew Pub in Port Renfrew at around 11:30am for a no-host (participant paid) lunch:
- "Group FWD" will run clockwise via the Malahat, Colwood, and Sooke to Port Renfrew. After lunch they will continue clockwise through Lake Cowichan, finishing in Duncan in the parking lot of The Oak Taphouse. This route is for folks who find it more convenient to finish the drive north of the Malahat.
- "Group REV" will run counter-clockwise via Duncan and Lake Cowichan to Port Renfrew. After lunch they will continue counter-clockwise through Jordan River and Sooke, finishing in Langford in the parking lot of the Loghouse Pub. This route is for folks who find it more convenient to finish the drive south of the Malahat.
Note that, for both groups, the drive officially ends at roughly 2:30pm (dependent on traffic) in the respective restaurant parking lots. Post-drive activities are not organized, led, or sanctioned by the VIRPCA.
